'Ad Meliora' - Towards greater things

London Neurology Clinic is a private neurology clinic, located in Harley Street, in London’s world-renowned medical district, offering accessible multi-disciplinary services for patients with complex neurological conditions. As specialists in neurology, we diagnose and treat conditions affecting the nervous system, the most complex organ system in the body.

In everything we do, we are guided by our motto – Ad Meliora, translated from Latin “towards better things”. We constantly strive to do better and to deliver outcomes that enable our patients to enjoy a better quality of life, whether at home, socialising or at work. Our endeavours are always patient-focused, and every effort is made to ensure a seamless, stress-free and smooth process. We are always on hand to explain and reassure. Our efforts focus on making positive improvements to the everyday lives of our patients, both now and in the future.

Dr Cyrus Abbassian

Dr Abbasian (BSc, MBBS, MSc, FRCPsych) completed his psychiatric training at the Maudsley, a centre of excellence and one of the most influential mental health establishments in the world.

Dr Abbasian has been practising psychiatry since the year 2000 and currently works for the NHS and the private sector and has worked with the leaders in the field of psychiatry and addictions.

Dr Abbasian has access to a wide range of therapeutic interventions at the Nightingale Hospital in London, including psychological, psychotherapeutic, day hospital and the inpatient facility.

Dr Abbasian teaches medical students, junior doctors, GPs and volunteers and had many media appearances, including on the BBC and has published extensively, including in peer-reviewed journals.

Phoebe Machin

Consultant Physiotherapist

Phoebe (BSc Physiotherapy, AssDip Health Sc Sport and Exercise, MCSP, AACP, HCPC) is a consultant physiotherapist with 25 years of international experience from both Australia and the UK.

Phoebe is one of the top physiotherapists in the London area, providing holistic and individualised rehabilitation services for clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Anna Kharin

Consultant Physiotherapist

Anna (Bsc, Msc) is a highly knowledgeable physiotherapist, with a number of years’ experience at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in London, the UK's largest neuro hospital and an international research and training facility. Anna has worked with lead neurologists and neurosurgeons at the forefront of their field and with the most complex clients.

Anna’s experience includes hyperacute stroke, neuro medical, neuro surgery, neuro outpatients and neuro rehab. She is proficient in splinting, orthotics and spasticity and loves working with Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, and stroke clients.

Anna is the founder of Neuro Heroes, an award winning company delivering physiotherapy led virtual exercise classes for people with neurological conditions.
